Naomi Keford is a smiley Australian yogi who discovered yoga almost 10 years ago at a community event in Denmark. Intrigued by the practice and the way it made her feel, over the years she has explored many types of yoga: from Ashtanga to Yin; Hot Yoga to Hatha. However, it is Vinyasa yoga that Naomi prefers to teach and practice, as she loves the creativity, playfulness and fluidity of the practice, and the mindfulness of matching movement and breath. Naomi has experience in teaching all levels of yogis in studios, corporate environments and community classes across several countries. She is a firm believer that yoga should be accessible for everyone.
